I work with individuals who want their divorce and co-parenting journey to be rooted in personal growth, self-discovery and dignity. With the insights and tools that you will gain in coaching sessions, you will have a new perspective on the best path forward for you and your family.
I practiced as an attorney, representing clients in divorces, custody cases and other family law matters, for over a decade. Over and over again, I saw families get sucked deeper into conflict as the divorce went on. Well-meaning parents who are overwhelmed begin acting out of fear, anger and a lack of understanding of the court process, leading to increased conflict. When stuck in that cycle and frame of mind, it is difficult to think clearly, and act in line with your values and long-term goals for your family.
I decided to start my coaching practice because I saw the detrimental effects caused by the gap between the services provided by the legal system, and what is actually needed to help families going through the tumultuous process. I am here to help parents learn to divorce and co-parent differently, with better communication and less conflict.
In individual coaching sessions, I will guide, support and motivate you, while drawing on my experience as a family law attorney, to help you take back control of your family’s future.
