You can fight it, you can do nothing but scream about what you’ve lost, or you can accept that and try to put together something that’s good. – Elizabeth Edwards
I am your ‘sister born for a time of distress’.
As a woman of faith, I’m not one to advocate for divorce. Yet, as someone who’s been divorced, I also know that it can become such a critical part of a person’s identity. And if you’re like me, faith is also very much intertwined with your identity. Our religious, spiritual, emotional and moral values can sometimes complicate things.
So, it is my hope and mission to support you through transition and recovery.
I’ve experienced the inner turmoil of anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, and resentment. I know what it feels like to pour your heart and soul into a marriage, doing everything you think is right just to make it work. Only to have the very foundation that once stabilized you crumble to pieces, leaving you wondering…
Who Am I Now?
One thing I know for sure is that when you’re in a stressful situation like divorce even the most sane and faithful person doesn’t make good decisions. Having the listening ear of a neutral and skilled thinking partner who has survived and is now thriving in life after divorce can be just what you need to gain clarity, courage and confidence.
When we work together you will be welcomed to a safe space – of empathy, insight and support – to take a look at the entire landscape of your situation and create a clear path to your future, whatever you decide.
Together, we’ll personalize your coaching experience to meet your needs – from separation to post recovery.
This is a SAFE SPACE to:
- Release negative emotions and inner conflict.
- Align your core values, identity and faith as you navigate change.
- Learn to set and maintain healthy boundaries for better transition and recovery.
- Practice self care and mindfulness to be at your best even when under stress.
- Find your voice. Improve Self confidence. Be at peace with yourself.
Comfort. Clarity. Confidence. Purpose.

Even if you’re just thinking about separating or filing for divorce, let’s chat.
Change is easy. Transition requires a whole soul commitment.
You might feel like you can handle it on your own.
You might be assuming things will stay amicable.
You might be too mentally and emotionally exhausted to even fight for what is yours.
You might be too ashamed or embarrassed to ask for help.
Maybe you’re on an emotional roller coaster
Feeling confident today and embarrassed the next;
Courageous one day but terrified the next
Calm and collected one day and having emotional outbursts the next day
I’ve been through it all and that’s why I implore you not to go at this alone.
You don’t know what you don’t know and divorce is too life altering not to understand the ins and outs and prepare with facts for your future.
