As a divorce professional, I bring compassion, intelligence, and humor to my work. I help parties see the “big picture” and guide them through the divorce process from beginning to end. My approach has been informed by both my professional background, my own personal experiences, and my understanding of how the courts, our brains, and communication work.
Although I work with both men and women in a wide variety of different scenarios, I specialize in high-conflict divorces. I speak and write regularly on the specific challenges that arise in “high conflict” cases and am a sought-after specialist in this field. Although only 15- to 30-percent of divorces are classified as high conflict, they consume a disproportionate number of resources, both in and out of court. Yet not all divorce professionals understand or know how to navigate the challenges of these divorces.
With my understanding of evidenced-based methods of dealing with high conflict dissolutions, my personal experience, and extensive training, I am uniquely positioned to help families avoid needlessly protracted, prohibitively expensive family battles.
Let’s face it: conflict sucks. But that doesn’t mean empowering solutions aren’t waiting for you at the other end of it. I don’t speak legalese: I speak human, and my goal is to help you move through the process humanely. I’ll help you get there with minimum drama and maximum communication.

I’m a mother, divorce mediator and coach, and transformational conflict coach.
After going through a traumatic divorce after a 20-year marriage, experiencing intense anxiety and fear, and spending tens of thousands of dollars, I had a revelation: it didn’t have to be that way. Because I didn’t want anyone else to have to experience that, I made it my mission to help people work through conflict in a straightforward, results-oriented way that helps them avoid prohibitively expensive litigation and unnecessary anxiety. I’ve helped hundreds of people avoid the court system, improve communication skills, protect their families and children from increased, unmanaged conflict, and save thousands of dollars in legal fees.
