Sarah Roth
CDC Certified Divorce Coach®
About my Practice
I work with clients who come to me whether at the start of making a decision of whether or not to divorce, to working on communicating to their spouse their intentions, to talking to their children, then working through the process of divorce (or reconciling) and ensuring that the next chapter is one of strength, healing and rebuilding the life that you deserve.  No matter what stage you are in when you come to me, whether you are wanting a divorce, not sure if you do or if your partner made that decision for you, I am here to support you.  I am here to guide you through the overwhelm with clarity and support to help you begin your new chapter feeling empowered, strong and finding your happiness. I can help you move forward through the emotional rollercoaster of the divorce process and beyond to the other side where you will find your true self and confidence. Often I find that people get stuck in the overwhelm and are unable to move forward in the process.  I work closely with my clients on getting them organized and enabling them to move the process forward.  If you are looking to re-enter the workforce or need help with your career, I also have over 20 years of experience in Recruiting and help many of my clients with career coaching as well.

Testimonials

““Having Sarah as my divorce coach during the planning phase, and during the divorce process has been an amazing and necessary resource. She has so much knowledge on the process of divorce, and the ins and outs of complex child custody matters that she has saved me so much time, money, and headache in my case. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone thinking about divorce or in the process of getting divorced. Sarah is so caring and can help tremendously in one of the worst, most scary and most important times of your life. This is the time to utilize all of the support possible, and Sarah is an excellent person to have on your team!”” – SK

“I was in a very bad marriage that was eating me alive and I had no idea how to get a divorce. And, I was completely out of hope and energy. Somehow I found Sarah and just our initial conversation provided so much relief.  My divorce was complicated but Sarah guided me through the whole process with unending kindness and empathy; I couldn’t have done it without her. Most importantly – she helped me find a way back to myself, a thing I didn’t think was possible. Sarah is so much more than a coach, she is a miracle.” – LM

“…you are amazing and I cannot even believe the headway you are able to make in such a short amount of time.” – JG

“I don’t know where I would be without Sarah. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped me navigate the divorce world and been a pillar of support for me. It’s a scary, lonely path and Sarah puts me at ease and empowers me to keep going. She is so professional and caring. If you are looking for a divorce coach look no further. Sarah will be there for you through thick and thin. I 100 percent recommend Sarah and am so pleased she is my divorce coach.” – AZ
