“Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation.” – Victor Frankl
I help parents going through divorce stay in control of their emotions, clarify what they want and which professionals can help. I help parents design parenting plans that are comprehensive, prevent conflict and work in all stages of your child’s life.
I work jointly with co-parents to help them create a collaborative co-parenting dynamic and prevent conflict.
My mission is to help my clients’ children grow up with less trauma and a more whole family after divorce.
In addition to being a Certified Divorce Coach®, I am a Trauma Informed Certified Coach. Trauma is inherent in all divorce and blended family dynamics. Divorce is hard. Co-parenting is hard. Being a step-parent is hard. It all feels very lonely and overwhelming at times. I hope that through my work, I can help my clients create a more unified family for their children and have more fulfilling, less stressful lives.

Co-Parenting Coaching (Joint or Individual):
Individual Divorce Coaching:
My primary role is to be your thinking partner during this season of immense change and emotional overwhelm. I will be a non-judgmental sounding board to help you talk through some of the challenges you are dealing with and create action plans which keep you focused on your over-arching goals and long-term values.
My secondary role is to guide you through the actual divorce process. A divorce coach is like a “sherpa” guiding you forward on your divorce journey so you do not become paralyzed by your emotions or fears. I will help you determine your next steps, which professionals can help, avoid the common pitfalls that come with emotional decision-making, and help you clarify which of the available options works best for you. When this type of focus is combined with a non-judgmental and supportive environment, we can unlock the path to creating the future you desire. When you approach divorce thoughtfully and with the “big picture” in mind, you will be able to avoid the “wrong turns” or short-sighted decisions that result in unnecessary conflict, legal costs, or worse, emotional costs along the way.
Parenting Plan Design:
I can help you design a parenting plan that is comprehensive, detailed, prevents conflict and works during all chapters of your child’s life.
Step-Parent Coaching:
I work with Step-Parents in helping them navigate their role, which is often lonely, overwhelming and confusing. Being a step-parent requires selflessness, patience and feels like a constant balancing act. I can help you regain confidence in your role, strength to move forward and a sense of control in your life.

“Working with Tina has changed my life! For anyone that is struggling with a confusing, stressful family dynamic, I could not recommend this more. I was able to learn so much about the control I have to make positive changes, and see for myself how simple, practical applications can make huge impacts. I felt so comfortable discussing my problems openly. It felt like each coaching session brought me closer to my long-term goals and like I had a friend keeping me accountable. Tina did not judge my situation or what I had to say, she simply listened, and provided respectful, intentional solutions that I could implement immediately. It can be incredibly humbling to take accountability of your own life but if you’re ready for change, Tina can guide you through the process.” – E.H.
“Tina is an astute listener. She hears the heart of someone’s experience and reflects back with refreshing honesty. Tina’s natural passion, sincerity, and clarity have supported me in navigating big feelings and key decisions in moving toward my values and goals. She doesn’t shy away from big challenges or high-conflict topics which has allowed me to safely explore without judgment. I leave each session feeling resourceful and confident in my vision and path forward. If you’re looking to align your values with your actions, work with Tina. She will ride the choppy waves with you and help you on your path to inner peace.” – N.C.
“I can’t say enough good things about working with Tina as my coach. Tina was an excellent listener and cultivated such a safe space for me to process my thoughts and feelings, which is such a crucial element for me to have with a coach. She was able to stretch my mindset by asking such great questions which helped me look at my challenging “story” differently. I always leave my sessions feeling more empowered because I have gained more clarity around my problem or situation. Let’s face it, life is challenging at times and it is easy to get stuck and not know how to move forward all on your own. Our sessions together allow me the space to become unstuck in some way and then I am able move forward with my new goal. I highly recommend Tina to anyone who is ready to level up their life. Thanks Tina for being my supportive coach partner on this journey we all call life!” – C.B.
