I specialize in working with individual parents who are stuck in the middle of a high conflict parenting dispute and yearn for well-adjusted children. I help them to have more effective communication and reduce their own anxiety, which limits the impact of the conflict on the children.
High-conflict disputes may be unavoidable, but parents do have the power to determine how much their children are involved in the conflict.
As your coach, I will provide you with support and guidance as you navigate this process. I will offer tools to ensure effective co-parenting communication, including implementing boundaries. Most importantly, I will work with you on techniques to reduce the stress and anxiety of this traumatic process, in order for you to show up as your best to your lawyer, the Court, and parenting plan evaluators.
I work with clients pre, present and post-divorce, who yearn to minimize the negative impact of their separation on their children.

For the past 6 years, I have been assisting on parenting plan evaluations in Colorado. My experience in this field has exposed me to an array of parenting disputes, complex family dynamics, and the ultimate impact the parents’ conflict has on the children.
Divorce and parenting disputes are messy! Which is why I chose to become a Divorce Coach. I want to help parents become aware of ways to protect their children through the process and learn techniques to handle high-conflict interactions with their children and their own best self at the forefront of their decisions.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session, so you can get a feel for how I can support you during your divorce process.
